For the avoidance of doubt, the Company reserves the right at any time to: (a) modify, suspend, or discontinue any pricing, promotion, or program; (b) correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, or promotional materials, whether or not an order has been placed; (c) refuse or cancel any order placed under expired or invalid promotional terms; and (d) limit order quantities or program participation. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and any advertisement, promotional material, or other communication, these terms and conditions shall control.
